Check-in
The Hubs is on (yes, another) business trip. He left yesterday moring. He just called to let us know he had arrived safely. I oculd hear lots of noise in the background, so I ask,
Me: What time is it there?
Him: 9 PM
Me: Where are you?
Him: In a Chinese restaurant, eating Chinese food for supper.
Me (VERY sarcastically): No kidding!
He didn't get it. D-UH.
He is in Beijing, China.

Wow! Now that's traveling. You are no doubt a seasoned single parent by now, but good luck nonetheless!
Guys usually dont! And from another seasoned single parent because of hubby's weekly work miles away, I understand the funny phone calls like that from time to time. He'll be home before you know it!
Can you get the maids to short-sheet his bed?
Wow, he is so used to travelling it doesn't even click anymore eh?
I don't know how you don't die of jealousy with all the cool places he gets to go.
Funny. Tell him to bring back some leftovers. I'm hungry.
